Tommy Virgo collected records from an early age, but his first encounter with electronic music was in 1989 at ‘The Beat Club’ in a tent with DJ Per. That immediately sparked his love for house and techno. Turntables and a mixer were purchased and the appeal of playing live in front of an audience became greater and greater. Tommy has now made his mark as a DJ for a long time. In his early years he was mainly found on the party island Ibiza in Space and played as a resident DJ in club KM5. House, techno and psychedelic come from his digital set-up. In 2014, this creative started his own label Connected!. Now two artists richer, there are about ten new house and techno releases ready. Tommy also produces and releases under renowned labels such as SOM Records. Marc van Veenendaal has more than 40 years of experience as a DJ and producer and is always looking for new challenges and collaboration with inspiring people. His musical journey started in the 80s and took him through different cities and countries. In the 90s, Marc was no stranger to the house scene as a DJ and producer, producing for various labels such as Ramshorn, Universal Music, Sony Music Entertainment, Zyx, Pink Records, Rotterdam Records. Midtown And Rohoffi Music. Over the past ten years, Marc has devoted himself entirely to composing, producing and playing techno and house music. Although he makes occasional forays into lounge and chillout, his core focus remains on techno. Marc et Virgo These two creatives found each other and, under the name Marc et Virgo, have been looking for a music style in which they share each other for a year. This has now resulted in the release of 2 EPs with a total of 8 tracks. These EPs contain four tracks by Tom and 4 tracks by Marc, where they have tried to find similarities from each’s signature. Now the third EP is about to be released, 5 tracks that they wrote and produced entirely together. The 90’s influences are clearly recognizable, but produced in a contemporary way.
